True Story

Last night Amy (Lindseth) and I went to dinner and a few stores at the Gateway (an outdoor mall).  When we were in one store Amy held up a scrap of cloth and said "what is this?"  to which I replied, "I don't know..."  at which point I think we said in unison "a headband?"  "a bra?" I guessed. Then Amy looked at the tag, "Animal Print Tube Top" it said.

What a world!  Confusing what is essentially a shirt for a hair accessory.  We were laughing pretty hard.

Did you buy it? It would have looked so hot on you!

what about those dumb shirts that look like dresses that you wear with leggings, you just never know, shirt...dress...shirt...dress. So dumb

Where's the picture of you trying it on?

I'm afraid to ask what store sells such an item. I'm guessing it was Forever 21 or H & M.

I totally agree with the above comment from Anja about the shirt/dress thing. They are annoying! Plus, they look like they're maternity, which is fine if you're pregnant, but why would you want to look that way if you're not.

Does Quita know retail or what?!

That is seriously scary, though. You thought it was a hair accoutrement and it turned out to be something that was supposed to cover your 32 DDD's!?!? Frightening thought.

Unfortunatly this is my experience almost everyday i go to the malls here. Everything is tiny and I can never tell if it is a shirt or a dress or skirt or whatever. Usually a dress or maternity, and then someone yells from the back of the store. "Sorry, you too big, no clothes for you". It does wonders for my self-esteem.

PS. Did you know we have a mutual friend? Paige Hull is in the primary presidency with me right now, and we figured out the other day that we both know you. We should all hang out sometime?
